For at komme dybere ind i retreatets ånd og dermed få mere ud af retreatet, opfordres alle deltagere til at forberede sig efter eget valg. (meditation, kontemplation, visualisering, påkaldelse, bøn, mantra, kvalitet, etc.)

Vi kan opfordre deltagerne til at bruge Yasodhara Puja, Maitreya Puja eller Sol Puja i dette arbejde, og til hjælp har vi vedlagt nogle citater som findes nedenfor.
